Required Documents

Documents list

  • Resignation letter from your existing Corporate Secretary (if any)
  • Corporate Secretarial File maintained by existing Corporate Secretary
  • Signed service contract
  • Identity Documents:
    1. A copy of NRIC of local Directors/Shareholders/UBOs
    2. Copy of Passport of the foreign Directors/Shareholders and recent residential address proof

Requirement

  • A true copy of NRIC / Passport is required to be presented for verification (if any)
  • Ensure passport validity not less than 6 months

Note: More documents might be required from you in case by case basis.

Related Regulations

  • Annual return – The annual return is an electronic form lodged with ACRA and contains important particulars of the company. Annual return is to be filed within 30 days after annual general meeting.
  • An extension of time to file annual return is applicable. You are advised to submit the EOT application more than 14 working days before the deadline. The application costs $200.
  • Maintaining the Minutes and Register books is compulsory to every company
